Jack Shore

Raised in a strict Ultra-Orthodox Jewish American family, Jack (Yaakov) Shore spent most of his early life struggling with severe dyslexia, ADHD, and a highly restrictive culture. He first turned to music as a means of escaping his environment, but quickly devoted himself to his newfound passion-dropping out of high school and leaving his old community to pursue his dream. 

At the age of 21, Jack left his belongings, his family, and his friends, behind and took a one-way flight to Amsterdam to begin a new life. In just three years, Jack has quickly built a name for himself as a rising figure in the electronic music world with hundreds of thousands of followers by authentically sharing his story and music-making journey on social media. His unique method of performing live electronic music utilizes synthesizers and loopers to create music on the spot while reading the audience in real-time. 

Now living and producing music out of his studio in Amsterdam, Jack's music mixes nostalgic electronic influences with the personal feelings that inspired and influenced his journey. A sought after artist, Jack’s IN THE MIDDLE tour sold out in a matter of weeks and he’s scheduled to perform in a line up of major festivals this year, including Tomorrowland. His new album YA...NOT A PERFECT ALBUM blends raw voices from blues, funk, and country influences with his own voice and style.

Jack is inspired by potential: believing in ideas that haven’t been proven yet and which only exist in his mind, and bringing his infectious energy to both his live shows and his online presence.
